At Mera Website’s, we are committed to maintaining a secure, transparent, and professional payment system for all our services. Every payment must be made as per the agreed service terms, pricing structure, and confirmation details shared with the client. Certain services require full advance payment before service confirmation to avoid cancellation or last-minute issues. However, for selected trusted or long-term services, payment may be collected after service completion as per prior agreement.

We ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and acknowledged through official payment channels only. Cash payments are accepted only up to ₹35,000–₹40,000. Any amount above this limit must be paid through Online UPI, Bank Transfer, or our Official Payment Link. This policy helps maintain transparency, legal compliance, and financial safety for both parties.

Refer & Earn benefits, commission payouts, and referral bonuses will be processed only through online transfer (UPI or Bank). No cash settlement will be provided for referral earnings. We reserve the right to update payment terms based on service category, urgency, and customer history.

  • Advance Payment Rule: For high-value, urgent, customized, or manpower-related services, 100% advance payment is mandatory before service confirmation. This ensures commitment and avoids last-minute cancellations.
  • Post-Service Payment Rule: For selected regular or trusted clients, payment may be collected after service completion as per mutual agreement. This rule applies only with prior written confirmation.
  • Cash Payment Policy: Cash payments are allowed only up to ₹35,000–₹40,000. Any amount above this limit must be paid through Online UPI, Bank Transfer, or Official Payment Link to ensure transparency and proper record maintenance.
  • Online Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Direct Bank Transfer, and Official Secure Payment Links. All online payments must include proper reference details for tracking and confirmation.
  • Refer & Earn Policy: All referral commissions and reward payments will be transferred only through UPI or Bank Account. Cash payments for referral benefits are strictly not allowed.
  • Late Payment Condition: Delay in payment may result in service suspension, cancellation, or additional charges as per company policy.

High-value or urgent services may require full advance payment before work begins. For selected long-term or trusted clients, partial or post-service payments may be considered with prior written approval.

  • UPI Payments: Clients can make instant and secure payments via approved UPI IDs. This is the fastest and most preferred payment method.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers are accepted for both small and large transactions. Clients must share transaction details after payment for confirmation.
  • Secure Payment Link: For added security, we may provide official payment links for debit/credit card or online payments.
  • Cash Payment Policy: Cash payments are accepted only up to ₹35,000–₹40,000. Amounts above this limit must be paid digitally through UPI, Bank Transfer, or official link.
  • Milestone-Based Payment: For large website or marketing projects, payment may be divided into structured milestones as agreed in writing.
  • Referral & Commission Payments: All Refer & Earn commissions and partner payouts will be processed only through online bank or UPI transfer. No cash settlement will be provided.

Payments should be made only to the official UPI ID, Bank Account, or Secure Payment Link provided by Mera Website’s. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or individuals.

3. General Terms and Conditions on Payments

All payments made to Mera Website’s must be completed in accordance with the agreed service proposal, quotation, or written confirmation. The payment structure, including advance, milestone, or full payment terms, will be clearly communicated before service initiation. By confirming a service, the client agrees to comply with the stated financial terms and timelines.

Certain services, especially high-value, urgent, customized, or manpower-related services, require full advance payment before work begins. This ensures resource allocation, operational readiness, and service commitment. For selected long-term or verified clients, flexible payment arrangements may be considered, but only with prior written approval from the company.

Payments must be made through official and verified payment methods provided by Mera Website’s. Cash payments are accepted only up to ₹35,000–₹40,000. Any amount exceeding this limit must be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or official secure payment links to maintain transparency and proper financial documentation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are made to the correct and authorized account details shared by the company. Mera Website’s will not be held liable for losses arising from payments made to unauthorized individuals or fraudulent accounts. Proper transaction references must be shared after completing digital payments for confirmation purposes.

Delay in payment may result in service suspension, withholding of deliverables, project delay, or cancellation as per company policy. All completed payments are considered final unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. The company reserves the right to revise payment terms for new services, promotional offers, or updated business policies.

All referral commissions, partnership benefits, and incentive payouts under Refer & Earn programs will be processed only through online banking or UPI transfers. No cash settlements will be provided for commission-based payments to ensure clear accounting records and compliance.

4. REFUND POLICY | Mera Website’s – Transparent & Trustworthy Services

At Mera Website’s, we aim to maintain fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all financial transactions. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions where services have not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed scope. Once a project has been confirmed and work has begun, operational costs, manpower allocation, and technical setup charges may apply, making the payment non-refundable.

For digital services such as website development, hosting, domain registration, marketing campaigns, and business registration support, refunds are generally not applicable after service activation or execution. In cases where a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, it will be processed after deducting administrative, technical, or third-party charges.

Advance payments made for urgent, customized, or manpower-based services are non-refundable once resources have been assigned. Clients are advised to review service details carefully before confirming payment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid justification and supporting details.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method (UPI or Bank Transfer) within a reasonable processing period. Mera Website’s reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not comply with this policy.

🚫 Things You Should NOT Do (No Refund Situations):

Do not request a refund after project work has started or resources have been allocated.
Do not seek refund for domain registration, hosting purchase, or third-party software payments once activated.
Do not request refund due to change of mind after service confirmation.
Do not delay communication or approvals and later claim refund for project delays.
Do not misuse delivered digital assets and then demand refund.
Do not make partial payment disputes after receiving full service access.
Do not violate company policies and expect refund after termination due to misconduct.
Do not request cash refund for payments made via online methods.
Important Notice

All refund decisions are subject to internal review and company approval. Mera Website’s maintains the final authority in evaluating and processing refund requests as per agreed terms.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY | Mera Website’s – Simple, Fair & Transparent

At Mera Website’s, we understand that business requirements may change; however, cancellations must follow proper procedures to ensure fairness and operational stability. A cancellation request must be submitted in writing through official communication channels before service execution or activation. Verbal cancellation requests will not be considered valid.

For digital services such as website development, hosting, domain registration, marketing campaigns, or business registration, cancellation is only possible before the work has officially started. Once project execution, technical setup, or third-party processing has begun, cancellation may not be permitted due to operational costs already incurred.

For manpower-based or urgent services, cancellation must be requested within the defined confirmation period. If resources have already been assigned, a cancellation fee or deduction may apply. Advance payments made for priority or customized services may not be refundable after confirmation.

If cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting administrative charges, processing fees, and third-party expenses. Mera Website’s reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that do not comply with the agreed service terms.
